Medical Office Flood

Winter and early Spring are always a busy time here at SERVPRO of Eastern Lake County. A pipe break due to cold temperatures in this Hobart, Indiana medical facility caused flooding in the mechanical room. Although a mechanical room is not seen by many people, SERVPRO of Eastern Lake County know that ANY kind of water can be detrimental to a business, ESPECIALLY a medical facility. We arrived immediately to this office and extracted the water. We set equipment in the affected areas and monitored the drying. We also removed baseboards to speed up the drying process. It took 5 days to make sure they were completely dry and very well taken care of.
