SERVPRO of Eastern Lake County strives to provide quality work to our customers. We want to ensure that our customers are 100% satisfied. Damage to your home, big or small, is stressful. We want to alleviate as much of that stress as we can for you in this time of need.  To become a leader in fire and water damage response you need to give your customers the best.  We give our best by always trying to improve in any area that we can. We do so by having our technicians give a Certificate of Satisfaction to our customers after the job is completed.  It’s a brief questionnaire to help evaulate how we are doing.
